Is that beach just large rocks? Looks painful to lay on
It is large rocks, but they are not as painful as you'd think because they are smooth. Obviously still not comfortable for long periods of time. Most people would use something like those pallet-like beds.
It's the ussr. Only the crushing weight of capitalism breaks the rocks down into the sand we know here in the West.

I’m so interested in Cold War era Soviet “life.” The beach is the beach. The Sun is the Sun. My USA-based grandparents lives were so similar yet so very different at the same time. Also, my daughter would legit love this high-waisted bathing suit right now, lol.
