The reason the US/NATO do this is to circumvent the law in the USA or their countries. It's dual use biowarfare. The US also has a bioweapon lab in Georgia that was outed. This kind of research is despicable and anti-human. They're attempting to develop a toxin that will only affect Slavic human beings.
