This is common jargon in programming shops.

Standup is typically a daily meeting for each member of the team to briefly mention what they are working on, and is also the place to bring up any blocking issues preventing progress

This kind of language is common in these meetings, and this meme I guess is being critical of people not properly representing the situation in their work

Or people not taking standup seriously. Or you aren't technically blocked but the path forward is a pain in the ass

Stand up is part of Agile Project Management or Kanban

Ahh okay. I was wondering how I work next to devs every day and don't know that term.
