Only bummer is they won't have all-vegan restaurants.

Also the rooms are gonna be $300/night which is insane by my standards but I guess makes sense for a luxury hotel.

Indeed I kept looking for mention of “passive” architecture. I wonder if passive homes have caught on anywhere in the US.

Passive homes are slowly catching on in the US but mostly in places like California, Oregon and New York where energy codes are stricter - there's like 250 certified passive buildings nationwide which is tiny compared to the thousands in Europe tbh.

Are they using farmed meat though? The article mentioned wild game which would be relatively sustainable assuming it’s not poached. It could be venison from overpopulated deer which could be a pest to the local veg farms.
