Gonna be honest, i don't like the focus on living alone in the woods. It just feels like this reinforces modern isolationalism which results in god-awful oppressing suburbs.

Also wouldn't predation be an issue? I don't like the idea of being the same size as most insects, tbh. Every day would make Jurassic Park look tame.

Right? Like wtf? Stop trying to make things sound "cool" by adding "core" it just makes it fucking cringey. First time I saw the word "cottagecore" was in a discussion thread for Hogwarts Legacy. Someone was describing the little villages and how "cottagecore" they were and I was just disgusted.
