It looks a lot like it but it has bigger spines based on the pictures I just looked at.
It looks more like a Gymnocalycium to me, particularly by the flower!
It may be G. bayrianum or G. horstii; leaning towards the former because of the distance of the curved spines from the stem.
Some of the pictures on a quick search look close to it.
