They look like mini Reese’s cup wrappers.
Great to see something from the NW! I've never heard of this or seen it before, are these your pics OP and if so what sort of habitat do these grow in?
Yes my pictures. I have read they like decaying matter. This was just a woodland floor with leaves and such. They're quite small so you have to get your eye in
