Not squarely punk or metal but I like Writing on the Walls by Underoath as an angry song.

I have a playlist that is mostly 80s thrash and hardcore punk, with a few more recent bands too. Ranges the gamut from the big 4 of thrash and Exodus, Dark Angel, Death Angel, Sacred Reich, Sepultura, Metal Church, Black Flag, Bad Brains, Suicidal Tendencies, etc.

Wow I am late to this party, but oh well. I love listening to Cattle Decapitation, The Acacia Strain, and Strapping Young Lad when I’m feeling angry.

Punk-wise, The Dead Kennedys, The Distillers, Cerebral Ballzy, and Discharge scratch the itch.
