How to restore the Sims 2: IKEA Home Stuff pack to The Sims 2 Legacy Collection

If I recall correctly this pack was also missing from the Ultimate Collection version that was given away for free on Origin years ago.
Is there a reason it is missing? I would assume licence reasons.
That's what most people seem to assume. It's strange considering there's other branded stuff still in The Sims 2 though
