Context: Gunman had robbed a jewellery store and shots had been fired, so they were considered high-risk.
That bridge is not only narrow, it's hugely, extremely, wobbly. A single person walking across gets it shaking. I would not have enjoyed being on that bridge at the time it happened!
Nice to see they caught the immature and childish "men" trying to act tough.
