Nifty Tram I haven't seen before

It looks like the one in Strasbourg, France.
I'm not sure I can geo guess that one, where's that ?
The red street sign in the background looks German and the sign left of it looks like it has Kehl written on it. Which would mean it's a Strasbourg tram on the line that crosses the border into the German town of Kehl.
Today I learned there is a tram that crosses the French/German border. Cool!
