About Brazil, which is the largest country: Our commodities are based in: coffee, spices, sugar cane, beans and stuff that you already wrote. There are some tasteful stuff that you find mostly in brazilian regions like açaí and castanha-do-pará (they both usually comes from Pará State). I reccomend you to try some açaí if you have access, it's natural and a lot healthier than ice cream. I sincerly tried some canned beans from US/Mexico (canned in US) and they're a little different in taste. Here we call carioca beans.
