Developing a modular way to hang tapestries from the wall, is there such a washer as the one (poorly) illustrated here? More info in body and alternative solutions appreciated.

I'm developing a method of wall hangings that would allow me to quickly change out the piece without causing any unnecessary wall damage, I've brainstormed the picture above.
The hypothetical piece acts as a washer for a coarse thread screw that is permanently attached to the wall and rises above the screw head enough to accommodate a good length of a bolt, and the interior is threaded to allow the bolt and piece to attach. The piece would then have the appearance of a standoff mount once assembled, but the piece could change out without affecting the coarse screw.
Googling and typing keywords into McMaster-Carr hasn't pulled up anything. I've chosen not to include dimensions in the illustration just to help narrow down anything.
Alternative solutions or DIY fabrication tips are also appreciated.
A screw mount nut gets you close I think

I don't have any usage o the part, but apparently I'm good at using the algorithm. Looks like you're describing something like this?

Not quite what you described, but I think it fits the bill. Plus I think any glass I've seen with them in it looks very slick, so it should fit the tapestry well.
