It’s funny, I’ve never heard a vegan actually go on about being vegan, and I do know vegans, but I have heard lots of people go on about vegans go on about things…..

TBH the vast majority of non-vegan people I met, were understanding and supportive of my diet without feeling the need to excuse themselves.

So accurate. Just existing as a vegan raises some omni's cognitive dissonance defences.
