Test post - Photo looks grey for some reason

I think this is just what photos looks like without lots of saturation post processing that most phones do now. What did you shoot this with?

real life is definitely more saturated than this, bumping up the saturation a bit makes it look much more normal.

Low contrast and color saturation.

That part is obvious.

I saw another post of theirs saying that before uploading the photo, the original is much more vibrant, and they're wondering if it's a bug or if there's any way to prevent it from coming out looking greyed out.

I saw that post as well.

The original photo is colourful and vibrant when put next to the one uploaded.

Really strange bug for it to alter the photo, if that is what is happening.

It looks like a RAW file rather than a JPG.

Id wager it was overcast and gloomy. Not exactly a great nature photography day.
