Haven't played in about 8 years and this is my first new guitar in 15. The drive came back all of a sudden and I just went out and got a guitar I've always wanted!

Hell yeah! What's first on the list to learn/play?
I've been a Queens of the Stone Age fan but I feel like I have played the parts half hearted. Gonna really learn the ins and outs of all the leads. I also am trying to get an old buddy back into playing bass so we're recording a cover of Mexicola.
Oh nice, that's a great track. I've really got to listen to more QotSA. Make It Wit Chu has long been a favourite to jam along to with my old man when I see him

I've never lost my drive and my guitar is a cheapie. Also, I'm not that good but I keep on pluckin'.

What are you plugging it into? I got mine piping into guitarx on my Linux machine so I can play along with a hydrogen drum track.
I'm just using a scarlett 2i2 at the moment. I had one I wasn't using. I got a 3d printed mount for my desk.
