The Party Source is among the biggest liquor stores in the Cincinnati region, and the owner sold it in its entirety to his employees through an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) structure.
Lol spent a lot of money there during my time at UC. That place is massive.

ESOPs are pretty nice. It's not quite a worker cooperative, but I think it's a step in the right direction.
