Just a quick puff to sober up.
I watched the video this morning...sure does look like the cop reaches in and drops the pipe. He reaches in with a closed fist then pulls his hand out real fast before he calls everyone's attention to it then he keeps pointing it out. Then you see them take it away and the raccoon produces a second pipe killing the plant theory lol
