I actually thought this was a really good deal that Krispy Kreme pulled off. Guess I was wrong! Also it probably doesn't help that I heard nothing about this happening until one day it was in the app and I was like they got donuts now? Probably could have used a bit more marketing. I also have not purchased one myself, if I am going to McDonald's it's because I am getting the cheapest options possible and 1 donut here costs $3 which is ridiculous. Even dunkin is only $2 for one. When i say cheap i mean it, I can normally get what I want for under $5.
