That's sad. I hope they can stay afloat
Adafruit and Sparkfun are on the small, electronic DIY, prototyping end of things. There are also larger distributors like Mouser, DigiKey, and Newark/Element14. They have all been hugely instrumental in helping people learn, innovate, and create new products.
Without them, the whole electronics industry will grind to a halt. Sure hope they survive this.
