It should be out at 8 AM on Saturdays, UK time. That was about three hours ago.
Who knows why that appearance was added to an already complex storyline (in terms of plot, the Doctor didn't have to remember her). I guess it's a case of clickbait (or whatever the term is for including something in a show just to cause online reaction).
