So "I have to piss like a racehorse" actually implies less intensity than just pissing like a human, and if I want to convey greater intensity I would say "I have to piss like a cow"?
I’m going to start moooooing when i piss top speed after getting up in the middle of the night
someone probably dedicated their life to this
