I always see people posts text convos with their shitty boss who is texting outside of work hours and wonder, why the fuck are this even replying to your boss on your day off??
Because most of them are staged ragebait for internet points
Honestly, I just appreciate that my phone didn't ring. Happy to reply to any text.
Because once you have a job that pays a living wage any wrong move can drop you into the next wave of layoffs and leave you homeless.
saying no won’t save you from shit employers
they’re not paying for that no, they deserve to be ghosted for messaging you on a day off unless they talked with you at work and you expressed interest
It's not that they don't care, it's that management doesn't.
