Disney+ Confirmed a NEW Change Coming Soon for Subscribers

I'll save you all a click

Disney is planning to introduce “virtual storefronts” to its popular streaming services, including Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN. These storefronts will allow viewers to order snacks or pick out products they’ve seen in their favorite shows, all while continuing to stream their movie or show. Disney+ subscribers will see interactive ads pop up as well.

So, basically, stuffing more ads into the premium service you paid for (presumably to avoid ads). These people don't get it, do they?

These people don’t get it, do they?

Oh, they get it, alright. They're making more money than God, which is entirely the goal.

We need to be autocritic here. Most of us don't get it. That's the problem.

Disney+ subscribers will see interactive ads pop up as well.

The Mouse can fuck the right off with that. We've had subscription for quite a while since there's a ton of stuff for our kids but if they start to overlay shows with pop-up ads not unlike The Truman Show I'll rather set up a jellyfin server and dust the old pirate hat than continue to give them money.

Same. I won’t tolerate pop ups. We didn’t when the internet was new and I sure won’t when watching a show I’M PAYING TO WATCH.

Arrrr, they don't.

Would you like to buy more?

These storefronts will allow viewers to .. pick out products they’ve seen in their favorite shows

This should be funny but somehow it doesn't do it anymore

Good news! Even more ways to buy shitty products with all your favorite meaningless brands splattered over top of them. But only if you subscribe now!

Try not to spend money challenge

Level: Disney adult

Challenge: impossible

Quite possible. The solution even puts the money you spend on their disservices back in your pocket.

Nondescriptive title, I think. Ppl here tend to be quite tired of clickbait, as I've noticed.
