I have friends who bring me a case a few times a year, but I have not had the chance to visit any of the locations myself, sadly. I really hope I get to someday. Super jealous.
For the record, IMO, they are very overrated. You have to stick to a small group of the original beers.
Otherwise, try and find your fav local spot and support them.
At this point it's just something to do for me. We're visiting Saratoga at end of August.
I've found plenty of better quality, better tasting beer. Example: about 20 minutes away from this site is "Triple Raven". Much better. Cheers! 🍻
That's crazy to hear. I may not have gone there, but I have been drinking them since they started and was having them at beer fests way back. They aren't perfect, I've definitely had some misses, but overall, I still put them near the top of my favorite beers. They make one of my favorite coffee beers of all time and love almost all the other stouts they put out.
I am all about trying something new, especially if you think it's better than this. Whenever I get up there, I'll definitely try Triple Raven. Thanks for the tip.
Yes, a handful of their stuff is always good. Some of their stouts are very tasty. Cheers! 🍻
