Steffan Skjottelvik was first reported missing on Aug. 15 after he failed to arrive in York Factory, Man., which is 850 kilometres northeast of Winnipeg.
Incredibly tragic end for this poor man.
Death by misadventure. RIP Steffan Skjottelvik, died doing what he choose to do.
I can’t imagine making that trip in the late summer in the boreal on foot. Very sad regardless
