I actually had the construction overlay as a kid! (#14). It worked better than one would expect. I think it went with a Tonka game.
My kids had the Tonka Workshop version. I think there were 3 or 4 Tonka games that all had different keyboard mounted "controllers".
It included a little plastic hammer so you could pound on the keyboard!
