The FCC's Involvement in Canceling Jimmy Kimmel Was 'Unbelievably Dangerous,' Ted Cruz Says

And not a hint of irony or acknowledgement that he is one of those partly responsible...

Sort of unrelated. Has anyone got or know of the video of Rafael here going off on Trump back before 2016, to a group of reporters or staffers?

He is shouting and very angry and calling Trump the most dangerous person etc

I do wonder how these people flipped. Likely money and blackmail no doubt.

Me: Well that sounds unlike that weasel.

*reads article*

Me: Oh he's only worried about how this precedent will affect him if Republicans are ever ousted. That makes more sense.

Same reason why there will be less anti corruption laws in US.

Is he trying to pretend he doesn't know what taco is doing?

He is hedging his bets for midterms.

Let's put it this way: Ted Cruz is the one politician in Congress who's so slimy and two-faced that even his own party can't stand him. He'll do whatever gets him what he wants in the moment, even if it's the exact opposite of what he promised others not ten minutes before. He's openly hated by nearly every single congressperson who's ever been asked about him, on both sides of the aisle.

"I like Ted Cruz more than most of my other colleagues like Ted Cruz. And I hate Ted Cruz." - Al Franken

Honestly, it's genuinely impressive that someone with such little charisma has seen so much success as a career politician. He's like a caricature of the spineless weasel politician you usually see in bad movies.
