Suffering Hour - Impelling Rebirth [USA, 2025] [FFO: Ulcerate, Deathspell Omega, Voivod]

Today I offer a whole EP instead of a single track. These dudes play dissonant black/death metal with clear influences from thrash metal, hence the FFO section including Voivod, also the name of Anacrusis' debut album! Absolutely insane, have never quite heard this combination of sounds before; Metal Archives classifies it as avant-garde metal, cuz of course.
Entire discography for this band is straight gas, arguably the most evil sounding shit to crawl it's way into the death metal scene.
I only happened to stumble upon it in my reccs. I do remember putting them in one of my [FFO]'s for another dissonant band at one point, so I'm definitely gonna have to check out their earlier works as I thoroughly enjoyed this whole EP.
