Late night bar tamale vendors are goddamn national heroes as far as I am concerned.

I've been craving a good tamale for weeks. They just don't really exist here. Got some frozen ones a few days ago and they were so flavorless and bland that it just made the craving worse. I'd buy out a cart right now and eat em all in front of em.
