So I fired up CDDA again after a long hiatus and resumed my character in H stable. I settled near a large ranch/farm area, and there are many sheep and llamas nearby. I've made cattle fodder and have put them in these giant fenced areas.

Does anyone have any experience with animal husbandry? Some wikis and other online sources seem to say if the animals are well fed they will produce milk and offspring. Will grazing be enough for this? I was able to shear and milk all the animals already. Their status is "full" which I'm not sure is the same or different as "well fed".
