The vote is expected to take place this evening.
Seems, from the same place, that the EBU have voted to add some weasel words to the rules and also allow Israel to take part. Spain Ireland Netherlands won't be there with options for Iceland and Slovenia also not to attend.
Germany said they wouldn't attend if Israel were barred. Kind of strange that, n'est pas?
