In addition to his supporting roles, Greene starred in the 1993 film Clean, Shaven in which he played a man with schizophrenia who is suspected in a murder.

I never put it together it was the same dude. Obvious though.
The Mask is where he peaked, a great combination of hammy and genuinely sinister. Looks like the best he could do was bit parts and recurring roles from then on out.
