PPD says arrest of homeless advocate feeding hungry in park was last resort

So the article only talks about one person being arrested while there were multiple people there. Does that mean was everyone else was asked by the officer and they provided their names or did the officer picked and chose who to enforce the law on and who no to?

They call that a "park" and say it's closed at night? I see a street, since I see cars driving there. How is it supposed to be closed? :o

Cops should be helped to critically examine their role in society. Especially nuisance individuals like the officer in question.

Sounds like it was not wanting to get a warning that got him arrested.
