Also, I constantly see "They don't wanna tell their parents/the police? Must be fake" ooooor they could be too scared to tell their parents because they would be victim-blamed or punished for it and can't tell the police without the parents finding out.

While I generally agree with you, there needs to be a small amount of (polite) skepticism in any situation, as there are plenty of records records of false accusations.
That said, I don't think that anyone should be harassed by extremists.
