Yo, why do you have 5 bars and I only have 4?
Also how do you get rid of the search bar?
Use lawnchair instead of the default launcher and change the number of rows in settings

How?
Any number of alternative launchers. I use Nova, and I can remove the search bar, move it, change it to a different provider ( DDG), and search apps and messages and stuff at the same time.
