You can't make people believe in and submit to God, it's a personal decision by free willed individuals. You do your part and be a righteous man and that's enough, you'll lose your mind otherwise. There's been a God-shaped hole in the Western mindset since at least the days of Nietzsche, they seem to have made a collective decision: hedonistic nihilism (nothing matters besides "feeling good") and postmodernism (there is no truth). 🤷
