Good for you! I was unemployed for a few weeks last year due to layoffs, but I turned down several job opportunities for pretty much the same reasons. I am not willing to sacrifice my integrity for a paycheck.

my friend's company is starting to go back to doing things the old fashioned way: in-person interviews. they found that people find all kinds of ways to cheat even with these invasive tools. my friend is a software engineer working in a tech shop.
This is an incredibly principled stand, and I applaud you for it.
