If you have been to other countries, Christians don't go to Abortion clinics to scream to people there. That's an American phenomenon!

Yes and no. There are plenty of other countries where abortion is illegal and always has been. Especially in more conservative and/or heavily Roman Catholic areas. They don't go to abortion clinics and scream because there is no such thing.
