A federal judge ruled Friday work can continue on Dominion Energy’s offshore wind farm off the Virginia Beach coast, handing the offshore wind industry its third win this week against the Trump administration.

U.S. District Judge Jamar Walker granted a preliminary injunction to Dominion Energy after finding a December work stoppage by Donald Trump’s administration would likely caused irreparable harm to the utility company. The decision means wind farm construction can continue while Dominion’s lawsuit challenging the federal government order to pause construction is heard.
