Here's a shot of a female European wool carder bee (Anthidium manicatum) on a house leek (Sempervivum tectorum),

This was taken using the Canon MP-E65mm lens and since this lens physically can't take photos in focus at a distance greater than 101 mm / 4" it is a bit tricky to get close enough without scaring it away - and also fast enough for it to not leave for the next flower.

Here it worked out though and I was rewarded with lots of nice detail on those spotted eyes and also, on the right side of the shot you can see yellow pollen flying around as she is climbing around on the flower.

Perfection. Really. Especially with those pollen as you mentioned. This is without focus stacking I therefore assume?

Would you mind telling which camera you used as well? I'm looking to invest in completely new gear for macro and wildlife and been eyeing OM System, but cannot yet tell if it's hype and good marketing or really a game changer because so many review videos are "sponsored" by OM System.
