I always wonder if those rules are from the code of conduct rather than the sidebar. Rule 2 in the code of conduct basically makes every other rule redundant by saying the admins can remove anything for any reason, as they do: "Remarks that moderators find inappropriate, whether listed in the code of conduct or not, are also not allowed."
