Not only did we LOVE Creepy Crawlers, so did my mom. On a rainy day, stuck indoors, she'd break out the Creepy Crawlers, and we'd spend hours quietly working around the hot Thingmaker, waiting our turns. Every mother's dream.

She loved Creepy Crawlers so much, that she would let us buy large sized bottles of goop, even though she automatically said No to everything else. My favorite color was Glow-in-the-Dark.

It was one of the safer dangerous toys of the '60s. Later revisions, not so much.
