Most Hawaiʻi residents believe sea level rise is already affecting the state, expect major impacts within their lifetimes, and support significant changes to how and where development occurs. At the same time, many remain uncertain about how large-scale adaptation should be financed.

Waikiki and the alawai are a huge issue. It's stolen wetland and should all be good production. Same with most/much of pearl harbor, pearl city, eva, Campbell. Kaneohe prob has some issues. And Hilo of course.

But most places are high enough to it really worry about it. The islands are very steep. It doesn't take much to be up above a reasonable tide line. And we don't get as much storm surge from hurricanes because there isn't a continent to push against.

It would make tsunamis worse but then, those are already pretty bad.
