Those look awesome. I'll be trying my hand at these some time soon.
I usually shape the bagels around four fingers to get the hole the right size.
Yeah if two raccoons can pass through it at the same time you’re doing it right.
I have never been able to get them to maintain that shape, or to rise like that. They do taste good at least.
