Amnesty article showing how harmful Israel genocide on women and girl was removed with no details

3mon 5d ago by lemmy.world/u/mrdown in yepowertrippinbastards@lemmy.dbzer0.com

This is the article in question : https://www.amnesty.org/en/latest/news/2026/03/israels-genocide-in-gaza-inflicts-compounded-harms-on-women/

How can I see the mod and community so I can block them?

Who posted the article?

I don't know I was simply browsing the modlog and I found that that post was removed. I copied the title on google to know the source of the article

You go to the community you posted it in and block from there

It is not my post.

Piefed shows where the post was:

So is goat as well.

Oh the Zionist mod crew, not a shock.

Thank you.

No problem but the rules are:

Rule 1: No Further Gaza/Israel war posts

Rule 2: No US internal news/US politics

Idiotic rules that's why I asked the community name to block it. This is my own personal decision .

They don't even respect their own rules https://lemmy.cafe/search?q=israel&type=All&listingType=All&communityId=9291&page=1&sort=New&titleOnly=false

I'm not defending goat I hope you realise given how I tagged them lmao. Just providing context.

Fair

Wait, you want to block a random community for moderating based on its own clearly posted rules based on a removal, and then came to PTB to post about that?

That's... Impressive in a strange way.

I want to block a community that is supporting a fucking genocide and a settler colonial power

Edit: They don't even respect their own rules https://lemmy.cafe/search?q=israel&type=All&listingType=All&communityId=9291&page=1&sort=New&titleOnly=false

Yes, I interacted enough with him to know that

Goat as well, massive hypocrite who uses racial slurs.

How is that in any way strange? There are any number of communities that I may not be interested in. The rules of a community shape its content, and I may not be interested in that content. If I were browsing Lemmy by Local or All—as opposed to Subscribed—then I would block such communities in order to tailor my feed.

It's that they came here, to PTB to ask about how to block someone instead of just looking up the community and blocking it directly.

There's way easier paths to the same result

And I said it was impressive in a strange way. Strange was modifying impressive, not standing on its own. A tad different

I see. Technically this belongs in c/LundBeingLund or c/ActionsZionistModsTake.
