Federated Replies and Reactions in Madblog

#Madblog now comes with support for federated author replies and reactions too. All from #Markdown files, as usual.
Needing to create a file for every like, comment, or post one makes seems extremely tedious.
Webmentions is a massive spam vector, sadly.
