Of course they can. Because Liberty University is just a pretend university. Not an actual place of higher education.
They are supposedly "Christian" but got fined $14 million for failing to report crimes like sexual assault/abuse. Because that's what Jesus would do: Keep victims from justice and hide the truth about their campus and student bodies.
The dropout rate is 59% FFS! That's not just students failing out, it's students that quickly realized they weren't getting what they were paying for (i.e. education) and loads of people who realize what the school actually represents.
It's a school that claims to teach biblical values but instead seems to focus on sexist, racist (white nationalism), and obviously Nazi-like values.
They don't even allow dancing on campus! They're like cartoon villains (LOL).
BTW: Remember what the Bible teaches about marriage! One man and one hundred wives! Also, selling daughters because they're property, not people.
