Bacon egg and cheese on a English muffin. Locally made English muffin, thick cut peppered bacon, slice of smoked gouda, fried egg, spicy cheese sauce w/ home fries.
the double cheese almost seems overkill, but I get the notion. That english muffin looks incredible, like wow!
I can understand the double cheese being too much. I was going for a Breakfast Baconator from Wendy's vibe with the double cheese. I think it worked but would be good with either option by itself.
