Bacon egg and cheese on a English muffin. Locally made English muffin, thick cut peppered bacon, slice of smoked gouda, fried egg, spicy cheese sauce w/ home fries.
Those potato, um, discs(?) are a great idea that I have never thought of for some reason.
Thanks. I par cooked russet potatoes in the microwave for 3 minutes than after they cooked I sliced them about 1/4 thick, before pan frying. Made for some nice crispy but not burnt home fries.
